E-brake cable

Will the rear brake cable from an 7 1/4 duster rear ,work in an 8 3/4 b body rear?

It worked on mine. I will say this, make sure you back off the cable adjustment some under the floor, otherwise you will have some difficulty hooking it up with the larger brakes.

I put a B rear in my car and it worked just fine.
