Early 904 trans info on different rear band piston

Which piston is better I have a 65 Dart and a 65 Barracuda Is the bigger spring better than the other one.

the one on the right is a hyd type, it is adjusted totally different . I'd use the left one.

My gasket set seems to have the right seal for the left one. The right one seems to be a little different
