Looking for a set of headers to fit a 225 slant six in a narrow early A-body. Would be going in a '64 Dart. Clifford Shorty headers are the only ones I know of that fit the bill, but if I'm wrong feel free to enlighten me. The cheaper the better; they don't have to be pretty and I know how to use a welder if need be.

About the easiest header to make if you can bend and weld. Out, down and back. Equal length be damned. 3 into 2 and then tie them in after 10 feet per designer of slant six.

Clifford used to make a set of long tubes that fit with power steering should you have PS. Aussie Speed makes a close copy of them but not cheap either in the cost nor shipping. Otherwise, as you surmised, Clifford shorties work (but not with PS).
