I have a center link and gas pedal assembly (with cable , etc) from a 1966 dodge dart GT V-8 car. The center link is in very good condition. The gas pedal assembly is in good condition (the actual floor bracket for the rubber pedal mount is pretty rusted) but the throttle cable, and firewall mounting bracket are in very good condition (except one of the three mounting studs is missing, but can be replaced easily with a 1/4" bolt).

Price for center link and gas pedal (and cable) assembly $150 + shipping

I also have a set of motor mounts (steel engine brackets and used rubber engine mounts) from the 273 that came in car. I will sell these for $100 + shipping. I will take some pictures of these engine mounts and upload them tomorrow.

All of the above mentioned parts for $225 + shipping Or open to possible trades (looking for an 800-850 cfm race carb)

Here are some pictures of the center link and gas pedal assembly parts.

I have a very heavily modded Holley 3310 that might fit the bill. Don't know.

Watch out for this guy. We had a deal on an axle and he then posted it on e-bay and then "sold it locally" before the e-bay auction ended. His word is worthless, even in writing he won't honor it...

Since you and I have done good business before, your word is good enough for me. Thanks.

Here's the link to the thread:

I did sell the housing locally (item was listed on craigslist at same time).

I sold the 3.23 third member to a FABO member from an Items wanted listing (he is very happy with the transaction)

We did not have an AGREEMENT at anytime during our conversations.

Here is the PM traffic:

I have more than one car, and am trying to get a couple back ups.

That's ok. I'll find others.

I sold the housing and axles with a different third member locally this morning. I lost out on a deal for a 360 oil pan last month about the same way.

I did not want to ship the axle assembly or wait a while to complete the transaction.

I am sorry if you feel slighted, but the original posting said "local pickup only". I did not want a long distance buyer even if he sent the money immediately, because if I spent the money and he balked when he came to pick it up I would be on the hook to refund him.

Bob

PS: after you bought a 3.55 third member yesterday I figured you were taken care of?

Karl, If you had said you were interested in picking them up instead of me shipping them to chicago in the beginning, I would of sold them to you outright!

After I did some research concerning shipping them, I realized I might of underpriced the third member. So now I am selling the third member on ebay and the rest with whoever shows up with local pickup.

I understand it is a long way to drive for just an axle, and I also do not like buying stuff from ebay (mostly prefer craigslist or local classifieds).

I am really not interested in attempting to ship the axle housing & stuff. I have a guy who will swap me some 4 speed stuff, but would much prefer cash with local pickup of the unit.

After checking on ebay to see what others charge to ship third members and seeingh what they are selling for, I have decided too list the third member on ebay to see if I can get what others are asking for similar units?

Here is the listing:

Heck if it sells for enough I may not even need to sell the housing after all!

I had a guy ask fro a shipping quote on the 3.23 third member , he lives in CA. I think the cost will be much higher than he is thinking. SO the sale of that item to him is by no means definate.

So far on FABO, you are the first to reply and there fore are first in line. I just need to go home and weigh it to see how and how much to ship to Chicagoland area.

Hope to have some idea tonite.

Bob
