Early A heater box interchange

So I notice that 63 has the heater controls mounted under the dash.

64 has high mounted heater controls but they are knob type.

65 has slider type heater controls.

So do the heater boxes interchange other than the controls or does the box differ according to the controls?

Heater boxes are the same 63-66.
