I have a 64 GT with a worn out manual box - want to convert to p/s. Do I need anything besides a new p/s box and pump (plus bracket, hoses, etc.)?

You'll also need either a PS steering shaft or complete steering column for PS.

I have everything you need sitting in a box in the garage
except for the belt :)

It is for a slant 6
pulley
power steering box
pump with slant 6 bracket
steering column for a push button or 4 speed

220 plus shipping

Wow, Florida is a long way away - how much do you think shipping would be?

after shipping there will be another 2500 :)

and no not a clue, it was sold to me as a working box and I never installed it.

I'm working on a 65 Dart for my wife, and am going to convert from manual to power steering.

After reading all the posts about people wanting to switch from power to manual steering, because of the issues they have had with the stock power steering system, I've decided to go the Borgeson converion box route.

Borgeson makes a power steering conversion box. It is basically a modern Jeep power steering box, that has been modified to fit on older cars. They make kits for a number of older cars.

After I decided to go this route, I looked around on the forum, and am surprised I havn't seen much talk of them.
