Early Duster upper door panels on a late model?

My plastic upper door panels are trashed, one of them is damn near broken in half. Does anyone know if the early metal upper door panels will work on the 73 and later doors?

The upper and lower metal parts that are visible above and below the door panel in the early Duster/Demon/Dart/Scamp are actually a part of the door shell. It's not a removable panel/piece.

Welp, that's fun.. I suppose when I get to the point of fixing up the interior I'll figure out how to make some metal upper door panels...or get into 3D printing.
