early foam in 74 bucket seats?

What is the difference between 70-2 bucket seats and 73+ bucket seats? My foam is garbage in my bucket seats for my 74 duster and was wondering if I could use the early style foam in my seats since it is impossible to find replacement foam for 73+ seats. I know there is some style differences from early to later seats but will the foams interchange on the frames?

i dont think theres a diffrence the only change comes to the seat tracks after 73 for the cats
