eBay Shorties?

Won't fit. Probably hit the inner fender on the right side, and will be in direct conflict with steering gearbox on the left side.

I thought the gearbox would be trouble too. I'm not opposed to cutting the fenderwells but that gearbox is a nightmare in the older As.
 
Ya could always replace the entire front suspension with an AlterKation with rack & pinion steering. I would, but "Mr. Green" and I have had a pretty strained relationship lately.

I'd rather get creative with the header and install than spend that kind of Green on my car. It handles fine for me. I just want it to go much faster in one direction :D
