hello I am new to this site and enjoying it greatly.I wondering if anyone could tell me what I should expect to pay for shortening an 8-1/4 e body axle to fit a 1967 barracuda and is it worth it I currently have a non posi 7-1/4 . and would like suggestions on where to get the work done I live in pinole california. any info or suggestions would be helpful I am trying to find an 8-3/4 but am having very little luck day late dollar short. and price can be daunting on some. thanks larry. ps I have been looking at a 1971 fury 3 on craigslist with a 383 interceptor and was wondering if this is a good parts candidate. thanks again larry:read2:
