Hey. I did a search on this, but didn't see anything right off. I have a 72 Dart Swinger 318 with an Edelbrock performer intake and carb. The kickdown and accelerator cables aren't hooked up. So here is a pic of what I have, and maybe ya'll can tell me what kind of bracket or adapter or adjustment I need.
Thanks.

You will need this from Edelbrock
Chrysler Throttle Lever Adapter (1966 and later) #1481* or #1843*
One is natural finish and the other is black.

You may also need to extend your kickdown rod.
Automatic Trans. Rod Extension Kit for 1/4" Rod for Chrysler #8003
Automatic Trans. Rod Extension Kit for 5/16" Rod for Chrysler #8004

I've had to use both the adapter and extension in the past, I'm now running Lokar cables.

Do a search on Summit or Jegs for pictures of the parts

The tube in the center should be running to the PCV, and the tube on the pass side (timed port) runs to the vacuum advance on the dist, the driver side should be capped as it is manifold vacuum. Also on these carbs there is a 1/4 npt plug that goes in the back if you are not running a power booster, or any other acc's.
