Trying to adjust choke linkage, NOT the screw.... the linkage as per Eddy instructions... see pics/instructions, they leave out identifying rod "D" where adjustment is made!!
Anyone know which one to bend? The vertical one on side of carb, or the one on top connected to choke flap?
Thanks
Steve

I would think due to leverage of the fulcrum that if you adjust (bend) the lower one you are making a macro adjustment and the one up by the choke horn would make a micro adjustment.

Hey Steve. Found this for an Edelbrock Performer series. Not sure if it applies but it looks like your pic with better labelling. You can read the fast idle adjust ment proceedure here as well. Looks like the vertical rod "D" in this pic.

There should be a rod with a slight bend in it already. That's the one to adjust. You can make it longer by straightening it out and shorter by increasing the bend.
