Edelbrock heads with pro parts headers

I don't see any reason why they would not. Eddy RPMs have stock port location and layout and Pro Part headers are made for that. I just installed a set of Bob Mazzolini Pro Part headers on my 440 with 440 Source Stealth heads in my Duster. The fit quite well.
