Edelbrock Torker 340 Intake

I got a Edelbrock Torker 340 Intake and noticed after bringing it home that the bypass for the coolant is plugged.
What is the best way to remove this plug?

TM, unless you can show a plug, it looks like someone closed the port by welding? I would say you need to drill and tap a new port. Unless I'm missing something.

Has it been welded or just glued up? It would have to be drilled and retapped.
