EFI After market options and tuning ?

Ok I have been eyeballing Professional product EFI unit,and was wondering has anyone with a big block used one and what was their experience with tuning and drive ability.I have seen a couple of reviews on the F.A.S.T system .Would just like to know if anyone has one and recommendations.
