So guys in an attempt to enjoy my car this last fall i went from a 16" electric fan to a 6 blade flex fan due to an overheating issue with the old setup. Well tonight i came across another 16" fan but was an oem unit for some later model car (unknown) and while it hasnt ran hot yet (its like 19*) it has gotten up to 180* (160*thermo) and it usually runs about 140-145 in this weather (never warms up) So my question is how do i decide what CFM and size i need to be able to run a electric fan insted of a mechanical fan? I am assuming what im having is an airflow issue
