Electronic cruise control

I'm looking at installing a Rostra electronic cruise control on the 67 Dart but have a question regarding the VSS. I want to install the VSS on the back of the speedometer head then connect the existing speedo cable into it. My question is all the listing for VSS say " fit's standard GM speedo cable" Does anyone happen to know if the nut-fitting on the Mopar speedo cable is the same size as GM??

it is. they're both 7/8"-18 thread and use the same size key end.

Rostra is the manufacturer, Dakota Digital carry there product. I've installed these before, simple 5 wire hook up and they work great.

This is how I installed the cruise control, the control module mounted up under the dash, the cable enters the engine compartment via an existing firewall insulation retaining pin, VSS mounted on the back of the speedometer head, switch mounted where the cigar lighter was. Mostly concealed for a stealth appearance.
