The AI numbers seem reasonable, most of that from forum comments. Adding 2 degrees should be OK for a test. See if that helps cool. More than 2 will require adjustment of RPM advance. Adding fuel good too. Small steps, one adjustment at a time, with tests promotes progress.

Hello....Sorry, I missed your last post about this.
I traced the electrical draw in the truck to a voltmeter that I had tapped into constant power instead of switched power. Once I wired it to only read with the ignition on, the battery issues went away.
Thank you for trying to help.

Right on, glad you got it figured out .

Just up sized the main jets in the Holley carb. from 66 to 68, took for a short ride about 6 miles pulled a plug ,seemed to run, pull better. Here is a photo of one of them. Have on order an Air/ Fuel Ratio gauge , will need to weld in/clamp to the exhaust system for the sensor to fit. Want to see how good/poor the Air Fuel Ratio still is, not just the spark plug color. Maybe need to drive longer for a better showing on the plugs?
