I'm sorry I should have been more clear. If you go to PM (to send) someone can you see the [more] by the emoticons?

can you decrease or increase the font size of your screen? maybe its there (the "more" button) but its on top or hidden?

No I cant see the "more".It's just a regular reply screen,same as I get when I click the add reply button and the go adanced.

ahhh - I figured it out. Go into "user CP." Then, on the left, look for the "settings and options" listing. Under that, click on "Edit Options." Then scroll all the way down to the last "Misc. Options" box. Now use the drop down and select "standard editor." Yours is probably on "basic" right now. Once you save the changes, it will allow you to use the smilies.
