engine/ forward light harness

I have a 74 duster and going to buy a harness,I have to know if it was built before or after Oct 12 1973 where do I find this on the car?

The easiest way is to check the build date on your fender tag or the sticker decal with the build date on the back of the door jam drivers side

Metal Fender Tag mounted on driver’s side inner fender near battery will have a build date, and other coded information.
