Engine ID Tag

Please help me out. I have an - what I think is a engine id tag. The color of the tag is Blue - it must have been preserved and placed back on the car after painting was complete. My dart is painted R4 Performace Red. Can the numbers on this fender tag tell me the original color?

The original paint code is on the fender tag along with a ton of other information, what color your stripe was, vinyl top color if you had one and way more.
