Engine install question?

If I am installing the engine with the transmission, what should I all have attached?

Should the tranny lines be attached already? Starter I suppose? Oil filter? Spark Plugs?

Anything I'm forgetting? I did buy that Lokar kick down, and throttle cable. Should that be attached before the install as well??

Ya I would install thoes cables.if your plans are to have headers dont install the starter.

O.k. I waited to install the starter. The engine is now seated. When and how do I install the starter??? Their is really no room.

Leave the headers un-bolted,so you can move them around, get a mini starter for a '93 5.2 Dakota.

There is really not even an inch of play. I could MAYBE see getting the starter in from underneath the car, but bolting it in seems to be yet another problem.
I haven't tried yet admittedly, but it appears that I'd have to raise the engine, I REALLY don't want too...

Is that than the same starter as the 91-95 V-6? or is that different?
