Engine math guru's, will these work?

In preparing for my short block build... Will Sealed Power H116CP pistons work with a 9.580 deck height using a stock crank?
Certain head gasket thickness needed?
I would like to stay on pump gas, premium be ok though.

I have not decided on the heads yet, likely going aluminum.

that would give about .048 squish , Id cut it down a bit with thinner head gaskets , maybe .030 with steel rods ...
