Replaced tank, sending unit, lines, fuel pump, fuel filter, carb, coil, ballast resistor, and ignition module (would have replaced all this anyway). Start car when cold...runs like a charm, as soon as it warms up.....dies! I can restart it and have to keep the rpms up high, then it sputters and dies. Anyone have any ideas out there?

It would help if you provided info on the engine, but I will go out on a limb and assume it has a carb. Have you checked your choke to make sure it's opening?

sounds like a carb issue - not enough gas being supplied to carb???
or float in carb too low --- just a quick guess

As it warms up your chock opens more and this sounds like a vacuum leak possibly.
When the engine is warm and stalling out see if it smooths out when you manually close your butterfly on top of the carb, if it smooths out and idles you have a Vacuum leak at the base of the carb or a vacuum line . JMO Hope this helps
