Is there an epoxy or glue that I can use to glue my aluminum brackets to my aluminum radiator?

Or find a good Welding job shop in your area and have them welded on, thats what I did with my new Northern Aluminum Rad. Cost me $15.00
Epoxy or glue will not hold up. Do it right the first time and don't do it over.
