Estimating paint needed

How do you estimate how much primer to mix up for 66 Cuda:
Fender
Roof
Trunk lid
Hood
etc????
I will be working on sections at a time, so I need to know how to estimate??

It's cheaper to buy it by the gallon, but only mix enough for one cupfull of your spray gun at a time. Most of today's 2K primers have a very short setup time, and if you mix more than a cup at a time, it'll probably start to cause problems while you're trying to spray it.
