As the topic suggests, I have a sad dizzy, that needs some help. I'm betting that it's the reason the motor got sold, probably never run right!
The distributor is a Mopar Race dist with a cable tach drive connector, on the side. Looks like it was , no doubt, the trick piece of the year in 1970.
Should I spend the big bucks on an MSD dist, or find an old distributor machine and recurve a stocker?
We have guys where I work that are paid to straighten things after heat-treatment and I'm sure they could fix it, if I'd take it apart.
Engine will make for a zippy little street 360, because it's a 9.5:1 forged piston, stock bottom end, with a .540 lift flat tappet and 2.02 valve J-headed, M-1 single planed, Nyutten done Holley D.P. 750 top half.
