I’m getting ready to add a pair of larger header adapters and I need to add O2 bungs. Once I have the holes drilled, is there another option to welding on the bungs?
Is there an epoxy that can handle the temps and “weld” the bungs in place?
I’ve used JB weld on other applications but my guess would be that JB won’t hold.
Any thoughts besides welding?
Note: just found the JB exhaust repair good to 1000degrees plus a couple others. Curious if anyone has used these types of glue for O2 bungs.
Thanks
