exhaust hangers - where do they go?

Hey,
I've got a single exhaust ready to install - even have the diagram of how to lay it out. I still can't see exactly what I'm suppose to attach the hangers to....can someone "dumb it down" for me.

One hanger mounts to the same bracket as the rear brake hose. The tailpipe hanger bolts to the bottom of the frame rail.

Thanks guys! It was the first one right by the drop down piece from the manifold that was throwing me - I think I've got it now.
