Exhaust\intake gasket???'s

Lets try this again.
Hey all and good morning. Well I have a question about the intake gasket. I have blown the gasket on the 225. It has an Offy intake with some unknown brand of 6 to 1 long tube header.
It seams like I did not get the 2 nuts in the center bottom tight enough. So I have searched to fourm and read to double up the gasket and that should help. So my ?? is, when I "glue" the gaskets together, would I put them as if only one is going on? Meaning put the soft side to metal then soft side of the next to the metal from the first. If this makes since. Or put them back to back? I bought the copper sealent in spray can.
I am trying to get it sealed up before a cruise in before the end of the month.8) Thanks for any help. :love7:
