Exhaust manifold compatability check?

Hi guys,
I saw a pair of 2000 Durango exhaust manifolds off of a dodge 360 magnum motor. Before I assume this guy knows his stuff I thought I'd ask yall since i know you guys will know the answer to this question. Will these stock exhaust manifolds work for my 318 build and still fit my 71 dodge dart swinger engine bay? Thanks y'all.

Without power steering it should work out, you'll need to modify the exhaust to connect to the manifolds though (they exit out the rear).

Oh I guess I'll pass on them then. Because I have power steering and I'd like to keep it that way. Thanks for the info.
