Exhaust manifold options?

Been thinking about replacing my cracked exhaust manifold with one that's not cracked. But while its off, cleaning it up and port matching it to the gasket and smoothing out the inside where the pipe flange connects. Also deburing the outside and having it ceramic coated so it looks spiffy and clean for a long time. What do you guys think?

Wear protection :thumleft: Smoothing and port work will help if your head is ported it will help even more, I have never dun one :banghead: Have you found a good strong exhaust manifold ?

I have not yet, Mike. I wanted to see if anyone thought I should go along and do it first.

Heck yes! Do the same work for the intake and the head ports (if you can find a way to port the head on the motor). Any port work anywhere will never hurt these motors!

What about having the exhaust manifold ceramic coated?
