What is the factory correct colour under on 72 plymouth duster ,my car is TB3 ?

Depends on what plant the car was built at. LA cars were black primer, All others were gray/dark gray.

My LA car had dark primer grey, but it is a 65. Maybe they changed later years?

my '69 LA Dart is dark grey primer
all cars received wheel well undercoating but some LA cars were just black paint in the front wheel wells and the trunk extensions were undercoated as well
