Trying to sort a fan clutch for a mate's 383 1964 Belvedere.
We have here a new Hayden 2747 clutch which is too thick at 3 3/8"

We also have a stuffed genuine chrysler pn 3462105 which fits fine at 2 1/2" thick. The brand name on it is Eaton.

Can someone please tell me what this part no 3462105 fits so we can order another one?

Alternatively an aftermarket part no. that is 2 1/2" thick?

What's the diameter of the clutch body. ( 6" or 7 1/4"). My research shows 3462105 is for 70-72 A-body cars with 318/340 engines. It interchanges with part number 3462106 with the difference being the diameter of the clutch body.
I think the Dodge truck line used some of these same part number clutches.

Thanks for the reply.
The diameter of the 3462106 is 7 1/4".
It DID come off my 318 72 Dart Swinger.
I bought the deeper Hayden 2747 based on Summit's narrow down of choices menu for the Swinger and it fits that car fine although it's deeper than the original..
My mate's 383 Belvedere is a lot tighter for space though.
