I have been working on installing one of these flexalite nylon fans in my cuda. I got it in there finally and found out i only have 1/2 inch clearance from the radiator. I am using a 2 inch spacer. The instructions on the fan say at leas an inch. Does anybody have any experience with these fans? Is it ok to do less than an inch? I want to fire it up tomorrow but i need to make sure its ok. thanks
 
thanks i was going to get a 1 inch spacer and go with that just wanted to know for sure.
