Fan question

I purchased a fan recently, part p4120758 online. The fan I received is stamped 4140063. The box has the p4120758 part. Is the fan I received correct for the part number on the package?

Idk about the part numbers but that fan looks just like the fan I pulled of my 318 truck engine. What is that part number supposed to be for?

The seller advised it as “P4120758 Fan and Viscous Drive Mopar Dodge Plymouth 383 440 426.” I bought to use on a 383.

It is correct. The part number on the box is for the whole assembly. The fan and the clutch have two separate part numbers, while both together have the one part number.
