Fender mounted turn signal bulb replacment

I did a search so I wouldn't have to ask this but didn't find what I needed.
I need to replace the bulb on the passenger side. I have it almost completely apart but can't figure out how to get the bulb out and don't want to break it. Any suggestions would be great

You are smarter than me. I have a 66 BARRACUDA, haven't figured it out. I assume you unscrew the knurled nut but it's so crusty looking over the years, I'm afraid it's going to disintegrate. Help me understand.

For a 66 unscrew the knurled 'nut' - which is the actual bulb holder.

Be real careful trying to unscrew those things. Soak it with some pb blaster overnight and go slow. I was able to get one of mine apart but the other one did not make it through the process.

I tend to unscrew mine & lube them every 6 months or so just to keep them loose.
