Fender Tag Code Question

74 Plymouth Valiant Brougham has 2 fender tag codes I'm not sure of what they are.
I have used various decoders online and they all come up undocumented. Anyone have literature that may have the missing codes?

First line from top of tag left to right
N76 R11 V6Y L1 207

Any ideas on what the L1 and 207 are?

L1 probably assembly line #1

207 probably scheduled production date of Feb 7

L1 & L2 replaced EN1 & EN2 for 1974, they do refer to assembly lines 1 & 2 at Hamtramck.

The other number varies tag by tag, I have not been able to tie it to anything yet.
