Fender Tag Decode Help Please

Kinda new here and I used the MyMopar tag decoder for my 71 Dart, but I got a lot of "unknowns" back. Don't know if I did it right or not. Can someone take a look at my fender tag and tell me what they get. Thanks Here's what I got:
