Fender tag decode need help

Good luck on a decoder with it being a '75. You're gonna have to look the codes up by hand. Looks like its a '75 Dart Sport slant 6 car built in Hamtramck, MI.

B - Hamtramck, MI build plant

C16 - center console
C56 - bucket seats
M26 - wheel lip mouldings
A88 - interior decor group
M38 - decklid finish panel moldings
R21 - solid state am/fm radio
N37 - Catalytic Exhaust System
K6X - Up and Over Stripes
KT5 - paint code, possibly Sienna
