Fender tag decode pls .. 71 340 Duster

i bought this 71 Duster nd would want to decode da fender tag, is there someone that can help me with this pls ..

It's a black 71 Duster with a radio, mirror, molds, stripes, black vinyl top.

One of the few with the EN2 engine delete option. Probably sold new as a race shell.
 
EN2 is engine Delete ? nd does that mean it sold new with NO Engine !? nd how would da car look with da stripes !? how did they ran !? nd did it had da 340 Wedge on da Hood !? da guy i got it from said it was a triple black car !? it has da sharktooth grill
