Fender tag decode

What resource can I use to decode the fender tag on my 69 Dart?
I haven't taken any seats out yet to look for a build sheet(s).

Thanks for all the tag decode information.
Turns out the guy I bought the car from
wanted to buy it back. The car had needed
more body work than I coujd afford so
I sold it to him.
A finished car would be better for me
but with a two car garage already
occupied with my '69 Charger R/T and
an '09 Ram I have nowhere else to
garage another finished toy.
Oh well..........like I need a third car.

I think you need to. I believe according the United States Constitution it's mandatory to own at least one Mopar A body

That would appear to be correct, I bought a '73 Dart Swinger 318/904, Holley 600cfm/Edlebrock dual plane intake manifold, canary yellow (haven't decoded the VIN tag yet) black interior, former black VT, A/C, CC, PS, manual drum brakes, wood grain dash and door panels, new BFG's on 15" body color steelies w/dog dish hubcaps, new batt & shocks, new dual exhaust, new gas tank, solid body-quarters-trunk pan/spare tire well and in general an extremely TITS car today! I'm trying to get stoked about the car..........
