Fender Tag Decoding From Buildsheet

I am trying to have a replacement fender tag made for my 70 Dart....there is a place called Tags Back East that will do it for $75 if I decode my buildsheet and give him the exact layout of how it should be set up....I was wondering if anyone knew how to do this or somewhere that can do this for me....otherwise I'll go to Galen Govier for $190 and they do it all.....any suggestions??
