Fender tag help

Is there someone here who can interpret a fender tag for me? This is on an 80 Volare (F body) but I figure I'll get more help here than anywhere else!
Tag reads as follows.

N88 N98 R31 22 END
G01 G11 H51 J26 L83 N37

Not a lot out there on F bodies, I think some of those codes probably are the same as A bodies. N88 appears to be Cruise Control if your car has that option.
