Fender Tag to Broadcast Sheet?

OK so I have a 71 Scamp, and I have decoded the fender tag already. When I removed the front seat I found a broadcast sheet, not for my car, it's a 72/73 sheet. I want to make a replica of the broadcast sheet for my car, I have a blank one, I have the fender tag info, but is there a way to populate the broadcast sheet from that? I don't quite understand how it works. Some bits are obvious like the vin and engine code but most of the rest I can't figure out! :banghead:

Hello, BreakLaw, I've gone the opposite direction from what you are looking for, but I think there are some items listed on the broadcast sheet that are not reflected on the fender tag, I hope someone with more knowledge will reply to you. Do you have a build card? Not sure if they came with a 71.
