What do the codes N38 and N93 mean? It's on the tag for a '75 Scamp.

Makes sense although the N93 description is interesting. My '75 Scamp did not come with a catalytic convertor or air pump. I guess the N93 means no air pump or was there another N code that indicated cars that were air pump equipped?

n21 air pump.......actually the n# in general especially towards the end are all weird???

through the internet you can get fairly accurate info through 1973 sometimes 1974. 1975-1980 you can just about forget it. i got my info through galen govier's white books. this is pretty complete info here (95%) but still has a few holes......
