can anyone help me on this. my paint code on the fendertag is CC1. its a light blue car. when i go to the paint shop what do i ask for? im just painting the engine compartment for now since i have the motor out.

Don't know what year car you're dealing with. I looked up 74 Plymouth (based on your avatar) in my code book and don't see a CC1 code anywhere. Powder Blue is KB1 (1974 light blue code).

The CC1 stands for upper and lower parts of the car are light blue.The 1 stands for buffed paint.IN the early 60,ts there is no special name for paint colors,just a PPG light blue,for dodge and plymouth,mrmopartech
