Anyone on here running Trickflow heads on an RB with fenderwell headers? If so, do the taller heads clear the MC? This is my current completely stock head setup right now. Thinking of going trickflow 240 and need to be sure they will clear the MC.

I have the TF 240s and fenderwell headers. On my car, there is a balance between being able to pull the valve covers off easy with the MC in place, and also clearance with the fenderwell headers. To aide in the valve cover removal, I have an offset master cylinder adapter plate. However, the tradeoff with that is that it brings the MC closer to the header tube. So, I had to ding the header tube a little to make sure they didnt touch. My motor is mounted with a motor plate - so not sure if that changes anything with regard to these clearances.

you dont have any issues with the heat from the headers on the MC or brake line, or the plastic MC reservoir?

No issues. The headers are ceramic coated - but still hot to the touch.
I do drag-n-drive events as well as 1/4 miles racing, and no heat issues.
