what stock size 8.75 would best fit in a fifth avenue? b body 8.75 or e bod 8.75? thinkin about makin a halfway decent fifth ave out of the POS i got, need a good rear to put in the thing ( this question prob best suited for dippy.org, i know )

Early b-body 8.75 fit with a little nudging. Make sure it does not have the pressed on brake drums. I think 65 - 69 is safe. Dippy.org does have a conversion doc.

i have a dodge aspen with a 8 3/4 rear out of a b body us a 1965 to 1970 mine has a 3:73 clutch type sure grip with a dana yoke all i had to do was buy 2 3/8 x6 spring bolts an use the shock plates &ubolts off of the b body it is a bolt in had to shorten drive shaft a little might sell the wagon or i have a 89 fifth avnue call me at 828 297 4685 leave message i work odd hours will call back get your email an send pictures thanks P.s. had to buy 2 shocks
