So what do you guys use to fill in the valley between the quarter and the outer rocker?

Weld it solid first, then first coat Duroglas waterproof filler followed by std. Lightweight auto body filler for finishing.

Agreed. I have also leaded as well. Not really hard. I leaded the holes on my doors instead of welding.
Weld it and duraglass is probably most common. Duraglass actually gets so hard you can drill and tap it.

That 1/4 needs more tin bending, get it to fit nicer.

I used one of the metal fillers when I did my quarters, not sure of the brand. Hell of a lot easier to sand/finish..

My buddy's car all the metal filler he used on it failed. Started delaminating. I forgot which brand maybe Aluma lead ?
